New Confession Schedule!
Nuevo Horario de Confesiones!
Based on our Parish Survey results, effective September 1st 2021, the following Reconciliation Schedule will go into effect:
Thursdays: 6pm-7pm and Saturdays: 9am-10am
Other celebrations on Saturdays, such as baptisms, weddings, and quinceañeras may be affected due to these changes. Please contact the corresponding coordinators of these celebrations for more information.
En base a los resultados de nuestra encuesta parroquial, a partir del 1 de septiembre de 2021, entrará en vigor el siguiente horario de reconciliación:
Jueves: 6pm-7pm y Sábados: 9am-10am

On Monday, September 6th 2021, in observance of Labor Day, our Parish Office will be closed for the day. There will only be one 9:00 AM English Mass and no morning Eucharistic Adoration.

During the month of September, we will be celebrating Stewardship in our Parish. We recognize that stewardship isn’t just about donating money to the church, but also donating our time and talents. Each weekend, different ministries will be in the Narthex with one goal: to help you find a ministry to belong to! We have many different ministries so we are sure you’ll have many options! Below, we’ve included a list of the ministries that will be present this weekend to invite you to their groups:

On September 1st, a new Texas law banned abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected, usually around 6 weeks. Abortion advocacy groups say that this legislation will affect 85% of the abortions in the state. This is a great step forward for LIFE.
Resources for Moms: The Catholic Pro-Life Community will focus on moms who might feel lost and perhaps unsure of where to turn. If your parish is contacted by a mom needing assistance, please direct them to Project Gabriel and we will help them lovingly and compassionately. They may call Project Gabriel directly at 214-466-9769 or text "options" to 24365.

Knights of Columbus: Wheelchair Sunday
Evento Especial de los Caballeros de Colon!
Next Sunday is “Wheelchair Sunday.” Please join the Knights of Columbus for a brief presentation on how you can answer prayers, and help someone in need receive a free wheelchair. Each $150 gift will sponsor and deliver a brand new wheelchair that would retail for over $500. Your tax-deductible donation will help the Knights change lives in an immediate, and tangible way. Please help Fr. Marco in his efforts to reach the goal of $42,000 for one full sea container of 280 wheelchairs. Thank you for your support, not only to the Knights of Columbus but to the beneficiaries of this event.
